Find Your Passion and What Makes You Unique
We all have a talent, a passion, something we love doing. Maybe you don't believe in a purpose, or maybe you do.
Either way, you have to find what it is that you love doing and seek to create or do something that returns an excellent result!
By doing what you love and trying to put in your best efforts, this already becomes a form of leadership, in the sense that it is noticed by others and leads to inspiration and a form of aspiration that people have, to become "as good as you".
Thrive Doing What You Love and By Doing So Inspire (and Lead) Others
It's really as simple as just making whatever you inspire to do, really important and giving it a little more attention than your high school homework, for example (this really is a joke!).
What I mean by this, is that you see your time doing what you love as an opportunity to do good and produce something wonderful in your life.
This really is the biggest thing to have people see you as an inspiration! This is why I think integrity is really an important thing — as in do what you love (business, teaching, sports, banking, coaching, counseling, or creating) with the best possible intentions and efforts, and you will shine as a leader in your specific field!
Good luck and be who you believe you always inspired to be! "The Real You"!
